These terms govern authorized use of HABA Business Hub and operational SMS communications from InReach Essentials.

Authorized business use
HABA Business Hub is provided for authorized business operations. Users must protect their credentials, provide accurate information, follow assigned permissions, and use records and documents only for legitimate duties. Unauthorized access, credential sharing, harmful uploads, interference with security controls, and unlawful use are prohibited.
Operational records
Users are responsible for reviewing entries, calculations, extracted document data, deadlines, and communications before relying on or submitting them. Availability and integrations may occasionally be interrupted. Nothing in the Hub replaces professional legal, tax, insurance, safety, or regulatory advice.
SMS Terms
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from HABA Business Hub regarding dispatch assignments, load updates, pickup and delivery information, scheduling, document reminders, account notifications, customer support, and other operational communications.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance or email logistics@inreachessentials.com. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase, employment, account creation, or access to HABA Business Hub.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier service and device availability. You are responsible for keeping your mobile number current and for charges imposed by your carrier.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information, including mobile numbers and SMS consent. SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes and termination
Access may be limited or terminated to protect people, records, systems, or legal rights. We may update these terms as services or requirements change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by law.
